Who we are?
ADI GROUP is an asset management company registered in the United States of America (USA) and Togo. It was founded by private entrepreneurs from the Diaspora who understood the economic impact that the Diaspora and Togolese from all walks of life, together, can have on the development of Togo. It plans to promote the financing of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) through financial mechanisms of pledging receivables in the form of guarantees and equity investments in target companies. For ADI GROUP, financing SMEs and SMIs means supporting the emergence of the middle class, job creation, technical and vocational training for young people and better social well-being.
OUR ACTORS: The Diaspora Fund is an inclusive program that targets not only Togolese abroad but also Togolese inside, all individuals and legal entities, including associations, unions, investment clubs and any other group that wishes to invest in non-risky financial products that can at the same time contribute to the development of Togo.
The contribution of the Diaspora to building a prosperous Africa is a hot topic. Indeed, the World Bank estimates that the capital coming from the diaspora to the African continent amounts to more than $40 billion per year, now exceeding the development aid granted to the continent.
We recognize the know-how, economic power and patriotism possessed by the African diaspora and remain convinced that mobilized, this diaspora can certainly ensure the development of Togo and the continent as a whole through financing and support programs for SMEs and SMIs.
OUR AUDIENCE: Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) in Togo.
SMEs/SMIs are our primary targets, being convinced that the emergence of a true middle class in Africa depends on the ability of SMEs/SMIs to innovate, develop industries, transform and create jobs for young people.
