The guarantee constitutes a pledge to cover the bank loan and it covers the pledging of receivables of companies in the development or innovation phases.

We favor the guarantee of short and medium term credits, particularly:

• the guarantee of import/export credits 

This financing mechanism is offered to companies already in business, and presenting a strong growth potential.

Conditions for exercising the guarantee

The request for granting a guarantee is the decision of the bank considering granting a loan and wishing to benefit from the ADI GROUP guarantee.
The guarantees aim to promote loans to companies that are “on the verge of financing”: their loan requests are risky (or their risks are difficult to quantify) but reasonable.
The applicable procedure for granting the ADI GROUP guarantee depends on the amount and duration of the loan.

Preparation and submission of files

Technical assistance in the preparation of files is available upon request and at the expense of the companies or companies.
