Graduated from Sciences Po Paris, Charles DOGBE has over 15 years of experience in investment and strategic consulting in the real estate sector across Europe, North America, and Africa.

Based in Paris, Charles DOGBE leads the RESIDOMIA GROUP, which he founded in 2012. He also works in Montreal, Dakar, Lomé, and Casablanca on numerous structuring, development, strategic corporate transactions, and wealth management consulting operations for top-tier private and institutional clients. Through CCI PATRIMOINE, the group’s subsidiary based in Senegal, he supports local communities in implementing their municipal development plans through partnerships with development actors and inclusive finance.

The group led by Charles DOGBE also develops housing cooperatives in Africa, prioritizing environmental standards and emphasizing concepts such as “better living,” inclusivity, and solidarity finance.
