SGI-TOGO is a Management and Intermediation Company under Togolese law approved by the regulator, the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) of the West African Monetary Union (WAMU) for professions related to financial markets and operations on corporate capital. It was created on December 4, 1996 in the legal form of a Public Limited Company (SA) with a Board of Directors.
