Guy is an expert in Corporate and Investment Banking with over 15 years of professional experience in corporate finance.

He holds the International Certificate in Corporate Finance (ICCF) from HEC and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Clermont Ferrand. He has solid experience in the analysis, economic and financial evaluation of investment projects, arrangement and structuring of financing, restructuring, financial modeling, and M&A advisory.

Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience as a Mission Leader at AAC-Deloitte Togo (Finance, Strategy, and Organization Consulting Division), and as Director of Financial Engineering and Business Organization at AdvizUp Consulting. He has also worked as a Senior Consultant for development banks such as the West African Development Bank (BOAD) within the Innovative and Structured Financing Department.
