Subscriptions are registered with SGI-TOGO, which issues purchase certificates to subscribers (investors).

ADI FONDS CITOYEN DE PLACEMENT 1 (ADI-FCIP1) is managed by OPTI ASSET MANAGEMENT (OAM), the fund’s principal manager.

SGI-TOGO and OPTI ASSET MANAGEMENT (OAM), together with affiliated financial institutions, exercise the responsibilities of depositary and trustee of the ADI fund.

Credits to SMEs/SMIs are granted by banks after study of the file by the SGI-TOGO/ADI GROUP joint credit committee.

Procedure

The procedure can be summarized in the following four (4) steps:

    1. Call for Subscription;
    2. Domiciliation of the Fund and registration of subscribed shares with SGI-TOGO;
    3. Fund management and allocation;
    4. Granting loans to SMEs/SMIs;
    5. Capital gains and dividends for subscribers.
