Subscriptions are registered with SGI-TOGO, which issues purchase certificates to subscribers (investors).
SGI-TOGO, together with affiliated financial institutions, exercise the responsibilities of depositary and trustee of the ADI fund.
Credits to SMEs/SMIs are granted by banks after study of the file by the SGI-TOGO/ADI GROUP joint credit committee.
Procedure
The procedure can be summarized in the following four (4) steps:
- Call for Subscription;
- Domiciliation of the Fund and registration of subscribed shares with SGI-TOGO;
- Fund management and granting of credit to SMEs/SMIs;
- Payment of dividends and repayment at term to investors.
